I am very grateful to have been able to feel my own energy and everything that surrounds me, through meditations and exercises that seem simple at first glance, but that have their specificity and enormous depth.
The connection with the earth and with my breath are one of the greatest gifts that I take with me, as well as learning about the processes and how everything is a flow.
