Seven pillars of Aknanda Qigong Method
1. Energy work
Stimulate and refine the Qi “energy life force”in organs, meridians and bones. The quest to harmonize the flow of Qi inside de body.
2. Movement

3. Breathing
It enlarges your pulmonary capacity, nourishing the body with new energy, removing toxins, tensions and stress.
4. Intention
To learn how to canalize intention as the substance that moves and transforms our being.
5. In-rootment
Movements and postures that seek to strengthen the connection land-legs-center creating a strong, flexible and trustful base.
6. Dantien Center
To sink and move from our center, to have our mind in our energetical and physical center of our organism. Centering the body, centering the spirit.

An interior and exterior training.
WEI DAN – NEI DAN
Standing, Dynamic and Seated Qigong.
Postures and sequence of movements that require the training of equilibrium and balance of all the structure as well as flexibility and strength of the base and spinal cord.
Core and Dantien center are developed significantly both on an internal and external level.
In all the proposed exercises, we stimulate the “Qi” energy flow, vitality through our meridians, seeking for mind-body-Yin Yang equilibrium, fostering a present time consciousness, a joyful and contemplative spirit.

PHYSICAL- ENERGY- MIND
LEVEL 1 – PHYSICAL
The dimension of our essence (Jing) is responsible to set our structure.
Getting physically prepared requires coordination, postures, movements and equilibrium, which are all necessary to become mechanically healthy, to promote the flow of energy, to become more vital and to raise our level of awareness.
LEVEL 2 – ENERGY “Qi”
Once the previous step has been undergone: setting up, alignment, central training, the objective will be to join our movements with breathing techniques, consolidating our integrated, stable and relaxed positions.
To work connected (feet, legs, center, arms, palms) opens our path to grow and control our Qi (vital energy).
During this phase, we further work on opening the meridians (canals of energy) flowing into a deeper field of the training and self-meditation.
LEVEL 3 – MIND/SPIRIT
Qigong and Internal arts
A way to self mastery
