5 Harmonies Qigong
The Flow of Vital Energy & Moving Meditation
Health is not a fixed state of balance; it is the steady, harmonious flow of vital energy through the whole being. When energy stagnates, clarity and vitality fade. When it moves freely, the body recovers, the mind clears and we return to a natural state of health.
5 Harmonies Qigong is a refined system designed as a bridge between dynamic movement and inner silence.
Over three days you will learn a fluid, connected sequence that works as a moving meditation. We work from the inside out: calming the nervous system, refining the breath and releasing energy blockages so the body’s own intelligence can do its work. Physical effort gradually turns into internal efficiency and emotional balance.
Return to the essential. This workshop is open to all levels; no previous experience is required.
Highlights
Energetic Release
Targeted traditional movements to release physical and emotional tension.
Fluid Transitions
Continuous, wave-like forms that help regulate the nervous system and restore natural movement.
Somatic Sensitivity
The inner awareness needed to feel, guide and balance vital energy (Qi).
Pillars of the Practice
- The Five Harmonious Flows: The core of the method. We break down each of the five dynamic exercises and learn to link them into one flowing sequence that brings together mind, breath and movement.
- Opening the Energy Channels: Warm-up routines and traditional internal mechanics to open the meridians, release deep tension and support the circulation of Qi (氣).
- The Substance of Breath: Breathing as the vehicle of internal alchemy. Specific breathing sets to nourish vital energy, quiet the mind and keep your attention in the present.
- Moving Meditation & Wu Wei: The form as a tool for emotional balance and a quiet mind, not an end in itself. Through fluid repetition, external movement settles into effortless non-forcing, Wu Wei (無為).
- Yin & Yang Integration: Balancing structural alignment with deep relaxation. You will learn to move with strength and flow while staying quiet inside, bringing Daoist and Zen principles into daily life.
